This course is designed for aspiring or working tradespeople who want to start their own building business and prepare for the Building Practitioners Board Registration. After completing this course you can pursue a career in a supervisory role such as construction supervisor, planner or Manager.
Training is delivered with Victorian Government Funding for eligible students.
Certificate IV in Patisserie
This qualification reflects the role of pastry chefs who have a supervisory or team-leading role in the kitchen. They operate independently or with limited guidance from others & use discretion to solve non-routine problems.
